Bedrooms
The Crown Inn has four individually designed en-suite bedrooms above the pub. Each room comes with comfortable beds, luxurious local toiletries, a Nespresso machine, Smart TV and WiFi access.
Family rooms? One room is suitable for families.
Dog friendly? Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub for a nominal additional fee per night.
Breakfast is an optional extra in the form of a continental breakfast hamper brought to the room.
There are also two self-catering cottages right next to the pub called the Coach House and Hayloft.
The Coach House is perfect for families, sleeps two adults and two children and comes with a kitchen and dining area, snug sitting room, family bathroom, loft style bedroom and private patio.
The Hayloft comes with a kitchen/living area, shower room, private patio and loft style bedroom.
Please note there is a minimum two-night stay in their cottages if booked on a Friday and Saturday but one-night options available Sunday to Thursday.
There is ample parking for guests staying overnight and an EV charger which needs to be pre-booked. A nominal additional cost applies. There are also fast chargers at the Marks & Spencer garage five minutes away in the village of Ashington.

Step inside and you will find a good mix of locals and visitors, comfy seating in the bar area, a light and airy garden room and a popular restaurant.
Outside, there is a beer garden and a patio overlooking the village green, the perfect spots from which to enjoy al fresco drinks in the sunshine.
Their delicious menu is created from the finest local ingredients and features pub classics and pies, seasonal specials, indulgent puddings and interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements.
The well-stocked bar serves an eclectic range of drinks, including several from local Sussex breweries.
