Redeeming your Stay in a Pub Gift Voucher is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Read the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.
Choose your stay in any of the pubs listed on this site.
Book your overnight stay before the expiry date on your voucher and retain your booking confirmation or receipt. The stay can be after the voucher expiry date; the booking needs to made within the validity period.
Once you have made your booking and you have received confirmation from the pub or Booking.com, please complete the Redemption Request Form uploading the booking confirmation or receipt.
Redemption requests will be completed within 7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) and the requested Redemption Amount will be credited to your bank account.
Stay in a Pub Gift Vouchers cannot be used on food and drink purchases.
