Stay in a Pub Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on overnight stay bookings made at any pub listed on www.stayinapub.co.uk even if the booking is completed on the pub’s own website or via a third-party site. Vouchers cannot be used for food and drink purchases.
Stay in a Pub Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed using the Redemption Request Form after making a booking and by uploading proof of purchase by way of a booking confirmation or receipt.
Stay in a Pub Gift Vouchers are valid on bookings made up to 12 months from voucher purchase date. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be replaced or redeemed. Stay dates can be after the voucher expiry date, as long as the booking has been made before this date.
We offer no refunds on Gift Voucher purchases.
The Redemption Amount cannot exceed the Voucher Value. The Redemption Amount requested will be credited securely to your chosen bank account. There is no cash alternative.
If you make a reservation directly with the pub and present your Gift Voucher, it will not be accepted, and you will need to pay in full for the reservation.
You can make more than one booking with your Stay in a Pub Gift Voucher if you have a balance remaining after your first purchase.
Voucher redemption requests will be completed within 7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). Clearance of funds will be dependent upon your bank’s terms and working practices.
