The Telegraph Travel wrote: “With low-slung beamed ceilings, a brace of roaring fires and cosy snugs, The Bull could easily play the role of ‘romantic country pub’ in Richard Curtis’ next movie. Add in some cracking food, house-brewed beer and a clutch of tasteful rooms upstairs and this Sussex bolthole is a ripe backdrop for a meet-cute.”

Food & Drink

The Bull serves proper feel-good food. Enjoy nostalgic pub classics, banging bar snacks, epic sharers, and a traditional roast on Sundays. Guests can enjoy hearty breakfasts, relaxed lunches, and proper sit-down evening dining paired with carefully selected wines, house cocktails, and local ales. The pub’s buzzy atmosphere and seasonal menus make it a firm favourite with locals.
